Job Title: Personal Trainer / Exercise Science (Paid Training Provided)
Location: StretchMed Bell Works, Holmdel, NJ
Compensation: Average $25 - $30+/hour (Base + Commission)

Your Role
As a Stretch Therapist, youll be hands-on in helping clients feel and move better through one-on-one stretch sessions. You will:
Perform 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions (we teach you the method!).
Help clients alleviate chronic pain and improve athletic performance.
Build relationships that keep clients coming back.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.

What You Bring
Background in Bodywork: Experience as a Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Aide, Massage Therapist, or a degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology is preferred.
Certifications: Nationally recognized certification preferred (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or Yoga Alliance).
Positive Energy: You must love connecting with people.
Physical Ability: Must be able to perform assisted stretches (this is an active, hands-on role).
Reliability: Punctuality and professionalism are non-negotiable.
CPR Certified (or willing to obtain).
Schedule
Part-Time (approx. 20-25 hours) with path to Full-Time.
Requires a mix of weekday and weekend availability.
