About the Position:

MTM Trucking and Logistics is seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver with a valid TWIC card to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring professional and timely deliveries while operating equipment in full compliance with DOT and OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily inspections of trucks, forklifts, and safety equipment

- Submit accurate, timely paperwork to dispatch

- Keep assigned vehicles clean and well-maintained

- Safely and efficiently operate all assigned vehicles and equipment

- Report any accidents, unsafe conditions, or injuries immediately

- Deliver orders courteously and on time

- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times

- Utilize company systems (Samsara, Slack, Paylocity)

Qualifications:

- Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of driving experience

- Valid TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)

- High school diploma or GED

- Solid knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving principles

- Ability to operate a variety of commercial vehicles

- Physically able to lift 30–180 lbs as needed

- Work Schedule & Environment

- Full shifts with flexibility for additional stops/routes

- Outdoor work in all weather conditions

- Exposure to loud and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments

- Must remain alert and sober at all times (safety-sensitive role)
