ERP Systems & IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems & IT Support Specialist in Lincoln Park, NJ to manage and enhance enterprise technology systems within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of ERP platforms supporting production, inventory, and operational processes
• Provide user support, resolve system issues, and manage role-based access controls
• Assist with ERP enhancements, patches, and version upgrades
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices
• Support hardware, software, and network connectivity within the Lincoln Park, NJ facility
• Ensure data integrity through backups, audits, and validation processes
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners on ERP and IT initiatives

Requirements

• Proven background supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Direct experience with Infor / Syteline ERP required
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and operational processes
• Hands-on IT support experience including hardware troubleshooting, software setup, and basic networking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical staff and business users
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
