Associate Director of Marketing

- Assist the Marketing Director in leading the marketing team across various projects and initiatives
- Provide direction and review marketing materials to ensure timely project completion
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and upper management to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and the Marketing Director to streamline workflows
- Lead content creation efforts and oversee the development of compelling marketing materials
- Craft and refine value propositions and messaging strategies for various products and services
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and design across all marketing channels
- Create and optimize content for various platforms, including brochures, websites, email campaigns, and digital media
- Work closely with sales, account management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing performance and ROI
- Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and optimization of marketing efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, including previous experience in the insurance, employee benefit and/or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles
- Proficiency with web Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, HubSpot, MailChimp…) and social media management tools
- Driven, results oriented thinking and corresponding high level of performance
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
