Automotive Sales Consultant - adding to staff

There are often many New & Used Car Dealers looking for Salespeople, it's crazy! Most dealerships have turnover/change & do not follow through on the promised Pay Plans plus could disappoint their staff, so. . . they need to constantly hire. Guess what, our New Car Dealership in Morris County is different. We have an opening because one of our most respected/loved Sales Associate who started in 1983 retired & we want to continue our growth seeking the right person to replace them. If you have prior Auto Sales experience, that's awesome & we'll offer you tools plus support to make you even better! We have a Pay Plan based entirely on volume, not Gross Profit. Really! It's simple with no surprises & will allow a talented Salesperson to easily make $100,000 and more. And the best part - we won't change your Pay Plan when you start to make the big income you've earned. Key word - earned.

Job Responsibilities

· Come in early/on time, be super happy, motivated & be dedicated to making more money that you ever have.

· Understand/connect with, plus show our valued customers what makes you with our dealership & brand special.

· You will be guaranteed a minimum of $1,000/wk. even during training! Really.

· You will be asked to work a 5-day work week with only 3 nights until 8:00p - we close at 6:00p on Friday's & Saturday's so those nights are always yours. Closed on all Sundays!!!

· Must have a clean driving record & live close, so you can spend more time with your family & here with us - than driving in the car. We're only 10 minutes from Morristown!
