Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time maternity leave coverage assignments with Woodbridge for Fall 2026. These school-based SLP opportunities are located in Sewaren and Iselin, New Jersey, and offer the chance to work with supportive educational teams serving elementary and preschool students.

We are currently hiring three full-time SLPs for 12-week assignments beginning in September 2026.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff
• Maintain therapy documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• CFs accepted with independent supervision arrangements
• CCC-SLPs strongly preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
