Speech Therapy Plus LLC is looking for energetic and motivated speech therapists to join our dynamic team in Tinton Falls , NJ.

We are a growing private practice offering evaluation and treatment to toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents. The SLP will be expected to provide skilled intervention and parent training, while allowing for creativity and flexibility within the sessions. Speech Therapy Plus LLC focuses on building relationships with families to help children succeed across different environments.

We are seeking an experienced clinician to work approximately 8 hours per week at a private clinic in Tinton Falls , New Jersey. The ideal candidate has experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Therapists will receive ongoing mentoring, training and support.

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), individuals will be responsible for providing center-based speech-language therapy for children with autism while working collaboratively with a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians

Conducting speech/language, AAC communication and oral motor assessments, making recommendations and individualized plan of care

Responsibilities include providing speech-language therapy, providing training to team members and families, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and monitoring the progress of each child.

Pediatric experience is required.

Therapist must be willing to conduct center based and home care services.

This is a part-time position weekend and evening flexibility preferred

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat clients with a variety of communication disorders

Develop treatment plans, determining long and short-term goals, and methods to achieve success for clients with a variety of communication disorders

Complete daily treatment notes, maintain or records (e.g. progress reports, plan of care etc.).

Collaborate with a variety of groups and/or individuals (e.g. parents, teachers, physicians, administration, other professionals, etc.) for the purpose of communicating information, resolving issues and providing services in compliance with established guidelines.

Monitor and maintain re-assessments of clients services as deemed necessary by facility and/or client’s insurance carrier

Complete client and parental/caregiver education as well as provide home exercise programs when appropriate

Maintain a friendly and supportive rapport with clients, parents/caregiver, and facility co-workers

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
