Company: Electrical Distribution Equipment Engineering and Supply Company

Location: Fort Lee, NJ (with occasional domestic and international travel)

About Us: We specialize in industrial construction projects, serving some of the largest Korean and global manufacturing and EPC companies, as well as the US Military in Korea. Our Fort Lee, NJ-based office is the primary work location, though occasional travel to manage large-scale projects may be required. Prolonged business trips over one month will be well compensated with an overtime per diem structure.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing electrical packages for private and public development bids.
  
• Manage the shipping and delivery of items from manufacturers to end users.
  
• Evaluate and implement new company strategies and procedures.
  
• Ensure project deadlines and cost targets are met.
  
• Maintain and organize required project documentation.
  
• Serve as a liaison between suppliers and end users.
  
• Travel to project sites to assist on-field engineers in analyzing electrical drawings and specifications.
  
• Assist field service personnel with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and training.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  
• Strong leadership qualities.
  
• Preferred: Engineering or project management background.
  
• Experience Level: Preferably experienced, but entry-level candidates will also be considered.
  
• Education: Minimum of a 2-year college degree or equivalent job experience. Open to technical school graduates; college degrees are not required. Candidates with a "can-do" attitude are highly valued.
  
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. AutoCAD experience preferred.
  
• Certificates: FE/PE preferred but not required.
  
• Legal work permit including OPT (STEM).
  
• Korean language proficiency required.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
