We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to support requirement gathering documentation data analysis and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs document workflows and support the implementation of business solutions.

• Gather analyze and document business requirements user stories and workflows.

• Prepare BRDs FRDs Use Cases and process documentation.

• Perform data analysis using Excel or SQL to support business decisions.

• Assist in identifying gaps risks and improvement opportunities in existing processes.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)-test cases defect tracking validation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT operations finance and project teams.

• Create reports dashboards and presentations to support management.

• Support Agile ceremonies - standups sprint planning and backlog grooming.

• Maintain documentation status reports and project updates.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics Information Systems MBA Computer Science or related field.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Data Analysis).

• Basic knowledge of SQL (queries joins).

• Understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar platforms (preferred).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (Visualization).

• Familiarity with process mapping workflow design BPM tools.

• Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms like SAP Salesforce Oracle .

• Academic or project work related to business analysis or data analytics.
