Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Previous experience working with students who have special needs

• Ability to tailor instructional methods to varied learning styles and abilities
• Willingness to collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lesson plans that accommodate specific learning challenges
• Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress, conduct assessments, and provide thorough reports

• Partner with fellow educators and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss student goals, progress, and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with relevant policies and regulations
