Dental Hygienist
Part-Time Dental Hygienist (2 Days/Week)
Location: Brick and Monroe, NJ
Schedule: 2 Days per Week (1 day at each practice - preferably Mondays and Thursdays)

Position Summary
We are seeking one motivated, patient-centered Part-Time Dental Hygienist to support two of our New Jersey practices — one day per week in Monroe, NJ and one day per week in Brick, NJ .
This role is ideal for a Hygienist who values flexibility, consistency, and a supportive clinical environment. You’ll work with a strong and loyal patient base alongside a collaborative care team focused on high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experience.
This position is open to both experienced Hygienists and recent graduates .
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional, compassionate patient care
- Take, develop, and evaluate dental X-rays
- Assess patients’ oral health conditions and report findings to the dentist
- Document patient care and treatment plans thoroughly
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and home-care techniques
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant operatory
- Perform miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygiene License (Required)
- Local Anesthesia Certification (Preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work one consistent day per week at each location
- Flexibility and reliability across both practice sites
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate clinical information to patients and dental professionals
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and patient rapport
- Ability to adapt smoothly between two practice environments

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and use hands and arms to operate general office equipment (PC, telephone, file cabinets, copier, fax machine and printer). The employee may occasionally lift and/or move between 10 and 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee may need to travel to healthcare practices.
