Job Overview:

The Guest Service Representative acts as the hospital receptionist and responds in a gracious manner to all inquiries for patient information and hospital services.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma
• One to Three years prior experience in health care and/or customer service required
• Clerical experience preferred

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Evenings

Essential Functions:

• • Provides direction to various hospital departments
  • Assists in the resolution of patient visitor concerns and complaints
  • Other clerical duties will be performed as assigned to facilitate the operations of the department
  • Responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments, i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles etc.
