About the Role:
The Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for primarily hourly and salaried positions across the organization. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining candidate communication. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met while providing an excellent candidate experience and supporting company growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for security, janitorial, concierge, maintenance, and administrative positions.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now Recruiting or similar ATS.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding activities.
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate hiring managers' interview schedules.
- Complete pre-employment processes, including background checks, employment verification, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate applicant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Attend hiring events and recruitment fairs as needed.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Perform additional recruiting and HR-related duties as assigned.
Skills:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple openings, and experience managing the full recruitment cycle are essential. The Recruiter must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $40,000–$45,000, based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Full-Time
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
