- Thoughtfully and accurately document patient encounters, capturing their stories and clinical notes during consultations.
- Maintain and update patient medical records, histories, and treatment plans with the utmost attention to detail.
- Assist in creating referral letters, lab requisitions, and other documents that help guide patient care.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with a commitment to compliance and excellence.
- Collaborate with our dedicated healthcare professionals to create a seamless, compassionate care experience.
- Always uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, honoring the trust patients place in us.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some college or a college degree is encouraged, but what matters most is your dedication to making a difference. Previous healthcare experience or knowledge of medical terminology, especially in rheumatology, is a plus.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and strong organizational skills. Our office uses eClinical Works (ECW), so prior experience with ECW is a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment.
