Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Placement:

• Source, screen, and interview job candidates via phone/text/email.
• Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings.
• Conduct onboarding, orientation, and job training as needed.

Client Relations:

• Work closely with employers to understand their staffing needs.
• Provide workforce solutions and maintain strong business relationships.
• Help with job orders, follow-ups, and problem resolution.

Bilingual Support:

• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with job seekers and employers.
• Translate documents and assist in interviews or orientations for Spanish-speaking candidates.

Administrative Duties:

• Answer phones and greet applicants(when needed)
• Payroll Administration(when needed/trained)
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (e.g., resumes, interview notes, work history).
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and verify employment eligibility.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure candidates meet legal work requirements.
• Promote workplace safety by following and explaining company policies.

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of Customer Service Experience (required)
• Reliable transportation (own car)
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of staffing processes or human resources is a plus.
• Familiarity with employment laws and E-Verify procedures a plus
