ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. Ive spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day.

I bring energy and enthusiasm into the office, creating a workplace thats upbeat, supportive, and team-oriented. Were a family here, everyone genuinely enjoys working together and celebrating each others wins. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Teri Digrande - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
