Training Support Coordinator
- Contract Role: 9 months
- Pay: $27.60/hr on W2
- Coordinates all end-to-end training logistics for New Jersey locations, including materials preparation, venue coordination, and managing onsite or external catering with a focus on dietary requirements.
- Manages the full timeline of training administration, from scheduling calendar invites and handling registration in OneProfile to processing attendance rosters and service tickets.
- Collaborates with technical teams to track compliance and learning hours, evaluates program feedback, and compiles monthly progress reports for Operations and leadership.
- Oversees the budget impact by processing expense reports, creating purchase orders, and executing complex "chargebacks" to ensure training costs are billed to the correct departments
- Drives employee engagement by managing the Learning Operations website and producing multi-channel communications, including a bi-monthly newsletter for the entire Operations population.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in Learning, HR, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
- Must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail, alongside mastery of the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to solve complex problems by translating raw data into actionable insights and generating innovative, "outside the box" solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the flexibility to be on-site 5 days a week across NY/NJ locations to support live training.
