Your Responsibilities:
Conduct remote behavioral and skills assessments.
Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans.
Provide virtual supervision and feedback to RBTs.
Deliver parent training and collaborate with families remotely.
Ensure clinical integrity and complete necessary documentation.
What Youll Need:
Active BCBA certification and a validNJ LBA.
Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Reliable high speed internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
Afternoon/early evening availability.
Strong communication and clinical decision making skills.
