Clerical Support - Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) On Site

As a non-profit organization, our dedicated team of professionals, including doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff, works to diagnose and treat all types of mental illness.

What does this position look like ~ As a full-time employee, the Clerical Support-RIST assists the Community Support Services Program by professionally answers incoming calls, addresses inquiries promptly, and efficiently directs callers to the appropriate department or individual. Oversee front desk operations by welcoming visitors and individuals served, and promptly guiding them to the appropriate area or staff member. Ensure sensitive situations are addressed by the most suitable personnel, maintaining professionalism and empathy. Maintains and tracks reporting for various areas.

What you need to apply ~

• High school diploma.
• Must be knowledgeable and demonstrate competence in routine office skills.
• Must have computer experience, Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have at least 5 years of office experience.
• Must have computer experience, Word, Excel and Outlook. Must have typing speed of 50 words per minute or more.
• Must have organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Must demonstrate self-initiative, independent judgment, ability to prioritize, discretion, and ability to compromise and problem-solve issues.
• Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage. Join us in making a difference in our community!
