Account Manager

Our client is seeking an Executive Account Manager that will handle client accounts and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customers. Qualified candidates will have strong technical backgrounds to further their understanding of the products, technologies, and services offered at ID Tech. They lead with personality, be socially adept, passionate about technology, and connect with clients to secure customer satisfaction. Location: Lakewood, NJ

Schedule: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD/Annually + Commission Structure (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary liaison for one of our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Build Trust: Maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and regular touchpoints.
- Strategic Influence: Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support) to align services with client goals and SLAs.
- Drive Growth: Develop and implement account strategies, negotiate service enhancements, and make recommendations that impact client success and company revenue.
- Represent our Client: Act as the face of the company in all client interactions—professional, positive, and solution-oriented.
- Manage Lifecycle: Oversee client needs from onboarding to contract upgrades and optional enhancements
- A background in account management, consultative sales, or roles involving client-facing responsibilities is a must.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a technology-related role; MSP experience strongly preferred.
- Technical Understanding: Comfortable discussing IT solutions (Microsoft 365, networking, servers) with clients.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with executives and decision-makers.
- Proactive & Organized: Skilled at managing priorities and driving results.
- Passion for Tech: Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market.
