Receptionist / Front Desk Associate
Shilpa Rathi State Farm Agency is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for customers and support daily front office operations .
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys office support and customer interaction, with the opportunity to grow into licensed insurance and customer service / sales roles over time .
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, clients, and visitors at the front desk
Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Perform general office and clerical duties (filing, data entry, document organization)
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
Provide excellent customer service
Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
