One Call Electrical, Heating & Cooling Service is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our South Plainfield office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by answering incoming calls, making outbound calls for service, following up with estimates and being driven to want more!
The ideal candidate has a type D personality, genuinely likes to help others, is empathetic towards clients when they have an emergency, positive attitude even when things go wrong, likes to be on the phone talking with clients and is hungry, humble and smart!
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
- Make outbound phone calls to keep the schedule full
- Maintain an upbeat personality - Stay positive on the phone while interacting with our clients as you are the first interaction with us and you set the tone for future success.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
- Outbound calling experience is required
- 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with CRM system
