Job Summary:

True Progress Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in West Deptford, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills in children with ASD and other developmental disabilities

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior to inform treatment decisions

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide parent training and education to enhance caregiver-child interactions and promote generalization of skills

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Human Services)

• 1+ years of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities

• RBT certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
