**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding as needed to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the government location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Observe and report any irregularities or unusual situations encountered during patrols around the premises.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related concerns as they arise.
+ Document all incidents and activities as required by site procedures, maintaining accurate and timely records.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
