Seasonal Mental Health Professional
The Mental Health Professional is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mental health and behavioral management of campers and staff. The Mental Health Professional role is a safety sensitive position .

Responsibilities:- Assist camper with any mental health and behavioral issues that arise as well as check-in and follow up with campers.
- Develop camper behavioral plans as needed.
- Collaborate with Parent Liaison as needed.
- Lead mental health professional development for staff.
- Assist staff with alleviating burn out .
- Be able to create new mental health initiatives for staff and campers.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field is preferred (or working toward degree).
- Have prior experience working in social work , mental health or related field.
- Must have ability to problem solve, observational skills, deescalate crisis situation and be resilient.
- Must show enthusiasm, dedication, responsibility and maturity and have excellent communication skills. with campers, parents and staff whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
