Staying organized under the pressure of multiple active deals, communicating proactively with clients at every stage, and keeping momentum alive on every file you touch are the daily disciplines that will define your production and your income in this position.

• Guide business owners through the loan application process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
• Review and organize financial documentation, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Analyze financial data to assess the viability of loan applications, offering insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients to gather additional information as needed, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Monitor active deals, keeping momentum alive and ensuring timely progression towards funding completion.

• No Experience required.
• Experience in financial services or real estate industries is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients quickly.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active deals simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in reviewing and organizing financial documentation accurately.
