What You’ll Do

As the Parts Manager , you will:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team in the parts department.

• Partner with the Service Manager to ensure fast turnaround times for internal jobs.

• Oversee department budgeting, pricing strategy, and profitability.

• Build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring 5-star satisfaction.

• Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver excellence every day.

• Manage inventory efficiently to reduce waste and maximize sales.

• Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.

This is a safety-sensitive leadership role where your impact will be felt across operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

• Experience: 5+ years in an automotive or RV parts department, with sales and leadership experience.

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Tech: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Motility Systems2K is a plus.

• Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
