What You’ll Do
As the Parts Manager , you will:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team in the parts department.
Partner with the Service Manager to ensure fast turnaround times for internal jobs.
Oversee department budgeting, pricing strategy, and profitability.
Build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring 5-star satisfaction.
Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver excellence every day.
Manage inventory efficiently to reduce waste and maximize sales.
Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
This is a safety-sensitive leadership role where your impact will be felt across operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
What We’re Looking ForEducation: High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Experience: 5+ years in an automotive or RV parts department, with sales and leadership experience.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Tech: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Motility Systems2K is a plus.
Other: Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
