Job Summary:
-The Print Finisher is responsible for safely and efficiently operating machines to ensure the highest quality printed materials are completed for the customers.

-The Print Finisher is responsible for safely and efficiently operating machines to ensure the highest quality printed materials are completed for the customers.
Job Essentials:
-Effectively performs machine operations – converting post-press product into finished product by following job ticket instructions.
-Accurately sets up machines to meet specific customer requirements.
-Responsible for ensuring that machines are operating efficiently while producing product that conforms to quality standards.
-Performs and documents quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
-Inspects equipment for defects and performs maintenance duties as necessary.
-Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
-Safely and efficiently performs all essential job functions in accordance with company policies and operating procedures.
-Participates in department meetings, training, and continuous improvement events.
-Serves as an example of what our company values most: innovation, respect, integrity, creativity and collaboration.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
-Carrying / lifting, hearing/listening, communicating, manual dexterity, seeing.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Basic math skills and understanding of metric and standard measurements/conversions.
-Detail-oriented and capable of following standard work instructions.
-Ability to learn quickly and adopt new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
-Operate safely and efficiently while producing high quality work.
-Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-One year of machine operator experience.
-Experience working in a print shop.
-Able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office tools, demonstrating the ability to send and receive emails, find, open, and save documents and files, and perform data entry.
Required Education:
-High school diploma or GED required.
