The highly skilled National Sales Account Manager will oversee national retail, e-commerce, and device reseller accounts. This position will be responsible for the strategic positioning of Lycamobile in major retail channels and e-commerce platforms to drive omnichannel sales, thereby ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies to increase sales in both physical retail stores and e-commerce channels. Guarantee that the messaging, product positioning, and customer engagement are consistent across all platforms (in-store and.com)
- Account Management: Oversee relationships with national retail and device reseller accounts. Continuously pursue new opportunities (hunting) and cultivate existing partnerships (farming).
- Partnership Development: Establish and sustain robust partnerships with prominent online and retail platforms, negotiating terms that effectively position Lyca Mobile products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the supply chain, marketing, and product teams to guarantee the successful implementation of omnichannel strategies.
- Initiatives that Boost Sales : Drive initiatives that increase sales by implementing targeted marketing campaigns, enhancing product placement, and conducting promotions.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate sales data from both online and offline channels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for performance optimization.
Education & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in the management of national retail, e-commerce, and reseller accounts.
- A comprehensive comprehension of omnichannel operations and the ability to increase sales by integrating in-store and online strategies in a seamless manner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership skills.
- A data-driven decision-making approach that is characterized by an analytical mindset.
- Experience in consumer electronics or telecommunications is ideal.
Preferred Experience:
Proven track record of orchestrating omnichannel sales strategies.
Achievement in the management of accounts for retail and e-commerce channels.
