RCP Management is currently hiring an Administrator to join our team in Manalapan, NJ. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual. This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of $50,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

• Facilitate all correspondence for community associations and maintain homeowner information.
• Prepare all general correspondence, including but not limited to violation letters, delinquency letters, and email blasts.
• Copy, scan, and file all correspondence.
• Input and maintain all Work Orders. Work with the Maintenance Company to schedule, maintain, and update all work orders.
• Track special projects, including but not limited to chimney cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, homeowner insurance, vendor insurance, lease tracking, and pet tracking.
• Maintain an inventory of association letterhead and envelopes.
• File correspondence in unit files, chron books, and reading files.
• Maintain and update the RCP Approved Vendor List in Nabr Network and in Vantaca.
• Make sure all vendors and workers sign in and out daily.
• Process delinquency/collection activity on a monthly basis.
• Track and coordinate pool pass distribution.
• Updated and maintain website(s).
• Maintain the keybob database.
• Keep the workstation neat and orderly.
• Follow all general RCP employment policies.

• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple projects.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Vantaca, and/or other similar computer programs.
• Be knowledgeable in terminology relative to community associations.
