Job Title: Armed Guard at a Religious Institution - Law Enforcement or Military experience preferred

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Pay Rate: $27/hour with armed SORA license & CCW.

Schedule: M-Th 8am - 6pm (40 hours)

Position Overview: IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Guard in Hoboken, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The Armed Guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor access control points

Conduct regular patrols of the retail property

Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed

Write clear incident and daily activity reports

Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:

Military, Law Enforcment, or 4 years armed security experience required

Access control experience required

Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)

Strong communication and report-writing skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to understand client's sensitivities and handle properly
