We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a well-established organization. This position will handle customer inquiries, account questions, service requests, and issue resolution while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently, with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Research account information and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Handle escalated concerns professionally and effectively.
- Learn and utilize multiple computer systems and technologies.
- Provide knowledgeable, professional, and solutions-oriented customer service.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
Call center, billing, utility, or account management experience is a plus
