We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, Medical Receptionist at Jersey Shore Gastroenterology of Egg Harbor Township , NJ.

The Medical Receptionist Responsibilities are :

• Provides assistance, services and care to patients by scheduling appointments, greeting, resolving problems and handling payment and insurance information for patients by phone or in person.
• This position provides clerical and data entry support to the Care Center and may schedule outpatient procedures
• Requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
• Handle heavy volume of phone calls

You will be expected to travel to the following areas: Cape May Court House, Manahawkin and Vineland on an as-needed basis.

The Medical Receptionist call center must have the following qualifications and experience:

• High School Diploma,
• Medical office experience a plus, but not required
