Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

● Manage high-end residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

● Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality craftsmanship and safety.

● Interface professionally with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.

● Provide daily onsite management and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

● Schedule materials, labor, and subcontractors efficiently to meet or exceed project timelines.

● Conduct weekly site meetings and report on project progress.

● Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure project accuracy and coordination.

● Review and approve product submittals across multiple trades.

● Enforce accountability among subcontractors and team members to maintain project standards.
