Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Operational & Guest Experience Leadership
- Maintain high-quality restaurant operations while ensuring consistent “WOW” guest satisfaction
- Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and hospitality with guests and team members
- Upgrade and improve restaurant operations as needed while maintaining food quality, service standards, and brand consistency
- Adhere to restaurant systems, processes, and company policies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and state and federal regulations
People & Culture Development
- Hire, train, motivate, coach, and counsel team members to meet the needs of the business
- Develop and empower Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and hourly team members to build a strong, self-sufficient leadership pipeline
- Maintain a trained and engaged staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, staff meetings, and performance feedback
- Incorporate company values into daily operations and decision-making
Financial & Business Management
- Maintain financial ownership of the restaurant through increased sales, cost controls, short- and long-term planning, and P&L accountability
- Make key business decisions using sound judgment and strong problem-solving skills
- Protect and control restaurant and company assets
- Communicate with other managers daily through management logs and shift-change meetings
Safety, Maintenance & Community Engagement
- Maintain effective safety and security programs in accordance with company and government standards
- Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities; address repairs promptly
- Maintain open communication with vendors, employees, and leadership
- Actively participate in the community to increase sales and build brand awareness
- Execute promotions, incentives, contests, and menu rollouts while educating and motivating the team
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven restaurant management experience with full operational responsibility
- Prior Experience in a Mexican Casual Dining Restaurant is a plus
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and P&L performance
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for developing people and building culture
