Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, or 1:00 PM-10:00PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a true high-volume Shipping Supervisor — someone who owns the floor, leads with confidence, and keeps the operation running on time, every day. This is not a clerical oversight role. We need a supervisor who understands hour-by-hour volume tracking, quota management, staffing planning, and real-time problem solving .

You’ll make sure every order moves, every truck leaves on schedule, and the team performs at the level needed to hit targets without overtime and without excuses . What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and manage the shipping team during an active, high-volume shift
• Track hourly volume, quotas, and progress toward daily shipping goals
• Identify when the team is behind — fix it fast, reset, and get back on target
• Plan staffing levels daily based on volume forecasts
• Monitor productivity per hour and direct the team to hit required numbers
• Oversee picking, staging, and loading with accuracy and zero rework
• Prevent delays by addressing bottlenecks immediately
• Improve processes to reduce cost and avoid overtime
• Communicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountable
• Ensure all trucks are fully loaded and ready for departure by shift end

What You Bring

• English AND Spanish fluency required
• Experience supervising high-volume shipping, logistics, or warehouse teams
• Proven success working with quotas, hourly expectations, and tight deadlines
• Strong leadership presence — able to motivate, direct, and correct in real time
• Ability to diagnose problems quickly and create immediate action plans
• Skilled at planning staffing based on projected volumes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly process-driven
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, scanners, and warehouse systems
• Cost-conscious — knows how to hit numbers without overtime
• Confident, calm, and consistent under pressure
