A Heating & Boiler Technician with a strong plumbing background who is ready to tackle advanced projects. Skills include:

• Boiler Expertise:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-efficiency, steam, and hydronic boilers.

  • Perform combustion analysis and optimize system efficiency.

  • Service tankless water heaters, radiant floor systems, and multi-zone hydronic systems.

• Plumbing Mastery:

  • Advanced pipefitting (copper, PEX, black iron, cast iron).

  • Leak detection, backflow prevention, and fixture installs.

  • Code compliance and blueprint interpretation.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Pump sizing and balancing, expansion tanks, controls, and thermostats.

  • Understanding of building automation and IoT-enabled heating systems.

  • Cross-trade knowledge (HVAC/electrical integration).

• Professional Edge:

  • OSHA, backflow prevention, or manufacturer certifications a plus.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Leadership ability to mentor apprentices and junior techs.
