Responsibilities: We are looking for highly organized candidate with great attention to detail for the position of data coordinator. This position will manage the data in the Principal Investigator's research portfolio and be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and processing, as well as for quality control of the data. This is a part-time, 50% FTE position.
  • Review and edit research protocols with regard to how the data was collected.
  • Manage and process large scale biomedical data including genomic data.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure quality and completeness of the data received.
  • Conduct data queries for reports, discussions, and presentations.
  • Create data visualization as requested.
  • Code data as requested by PI and other study team members.
  • Serve as a liaison and reference resource to Investigators and other staff members with questions about the data and its management.
  • Ensure data handling procedures are per established NIH and Center rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • High School graduation or the equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of college.
  • One year of experience working with medical or research data.
  • Strong computer skills and experience working with data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and statistics preferred. Knowledge of R.
  • Experience with Python programming, deep learning, ANN, CNN.

The hourly pay range for this position is from $23.32 to $33.20, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
