Our clinic is a well-established, community-focused practice in Fort Lee, NJ. We're committed to providing personalized, one-on-one care to a diverse patient base, and we're looking for a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary, up to $102,000 per year

Position Overview:

As our full-time Physical Therapist, you will be the sole clinician in the clinic, working closely with the owner to manage patient care, grow the practice, and help direct front desk personnel. The position will focus primarily on clinical duties with the potential for growth into a Clinic Director role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, hands-on physical therapy to patients of all ages (adults to geriatrics), with a focus on orthopedics, neuro, balance, and vestibular conditions.
• Maintain 40-minute patient intervals, prioritizing one-on-one care.
• Manage your own caseload with a current patient volume of 70% capacity—there's room for significant growth.
• Collaborate with the clinic owner to grow patient volume and market the practice (including conducting monthly workshops to convert attendees into patients).
• Supervise and support front desk personnel to ensure smooth clinic operations and alignment.
• Focus on direct patient care while leaving billing, scheduling, and insurance verification to the administrative team.
• Opportunity to work on marketing and community outreach initiatives to build the clinic's visibility.
• Participate in quarterly performance reviews with potential for bonuses and future profit-sharing options.
• If desired, contribute to clinic growth in areas such as Laser Treatments.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 1 hour lunch break
• Dedicated time during the day to complete notes and documentation (using our EMR system—Prompt and PredictionHealth, which streamlines the note-taking process).

Qualifications:

• NJ Licensed Physical Therapist (Required)
• 2+ years of experience (Required)
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neuro, balance, and vestibular therapy (or willingness to expand into these areas).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care.
