C&L Autobody, located in NJ, is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. With a competitive hourly salary ranging from $19 to $23, we offer an exciting opportunity for someone looking to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, managing phone calls and emails, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Compensation:$19 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet customers upon arrival and convey information efficiently and effectively.
- Follow the organization's policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries, product and repair questions, and customer complaints.
- Communicate updates to customer regarding their vehicle status.
- Maintain customer files and appointments, organized and prepped for drop off
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
- Troubleshoot with your team on any info relayed from the customer.
- Assist customers in finding solutions and alternatives for their insurance claims inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for this position.
- The candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to make effective decisions.
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently are crucial abilities needed for this role.
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must to excel in this position.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software is essential for the job.
C&L Autobody is a regional Multiple-Shop Organization (MSO) with 11 body shops throughout Morris, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Union, and Middlesex counties in Northern NJ. We also manage one of the largest towing fleets in the state.
