A rapidly growing auto parts distributor in the Northern New Jersey area has immediate openings in our Lodi, NJ location for a hard-working Customer Service representatives with opportunity to advance and play a key role.
This auto parts distributor sells and delivers automotive cooling parts to auto mechanics, collision repair shops, distributors, individual customers and car dealerships. This position would be full time or part time. Primary Responsibilities would include but not be limited to: Answer 80-120 inbound calls per day from customers looking for price, availability, and delivery information Taking customer service calls from wholesale customers and developing valuable repeat buyer customer accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction using excellent customer service skills Follow up on customer quotes. Communicate important customer relationship issues with team members and management. Our ideal candidate has the following skills and experience:Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- Good data entry skills and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Call center, customer service or sales experience a must
- Knowledge of automotive industry or cars in general may be a plus but is not required This position offers full training and the opportunity to take on a leadership role. Looking for someone who can begin right away and is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.
