Marketing Director — Lead Generation, Digital & SEO Strategy (Confidential Employer, Central NJ)
A growing professional services / business technology firm in Central New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to lead and strengthen its in-house marketing function. This is a full-time role ideal for an up-and-coming marketing leader who's ready to take ownership of lead generation, digital strategy and company brand development for a respected regional business.
The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives, lead generation, managing websites, driving SEO and digital campaigns, and guiding content creation — with the ability to balance tactical execution and strategic thinking. Experience contributing to overall company brand strategy / reputation management is important.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee website, SEO, and digital marketing programs
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team and outside vendors
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies aligned with business goals
- Measure and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Contribute to long-term brand positioning and messaging strategy
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or digital strategy
- Strong SEO, website management, and analytics background
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns that drive measurable results
- Experience developing or supporting company brand strategy
