Garden Service Crew Member

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of clients' gardens, including weeding and light pruning.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve and exceed efficiency goals.
- Handle heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling of various gardening and landscaping equipment and materials.
- Prepare, load, and unload trucks for daily tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Attend safety trainings and staff meetings to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in gardening, including planting, pruning, and weeding, is preferred.
- Basic plant identification skills are needed.
- Capability to safely perform heavy lifting and carry up to 50 pounds.
- U.S. Work Authorization is required.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
Compensation
$17 - $19 per hour , based on experience and performance.
