Purchasing Agent/Material Control Assistant
The Purchasing Agent (Purchaser) will be responsible for the procurement of all assets for the company. They will also assist Material Control in inventory management. Responsibilities: * Perform Material Control inventory taskings as needed * Process requisitions from all divisions, placing orders via phone, email or internet * Utilize ERP system, enter orders and release them to venders * Perform internal audits of internal processes and standards to ensure compliance Required Skills & Experience: * Must have knowledge of manufacturing and inventory control policies and procedures * Must be familiar with electronic/mechanical parts and components * Must be able to work 7:45am 5pm on Monday to Thursday and 7:45am-12pm on Friday * Must have experience with ERP systems #ZRSFRecommended Jobs
