An international plant-based food manufacturing company is seeking an entry-level AP/AR Clerk. This position requires AA degree in a related field; entry-level candidates are welcome.

• $19 - 20/hr. plus full benefits
• Monday – Friday, Monday – Friday, 08:30 a.m. – 05:30 p.m.
• Hybrid schedule after 3 months (3 days office, 2 days remote)
• Somerset, NJ

Requirements of the AP/AR Clerk:

• AA degree in a related field is required
• 0–1 year in accounting experience
• Strong Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Discretion with confidential information
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments

Responsibilities of the AP/AR Clerk:

Accounts Payable (A/P)

• Enter bills from vendors
• Match orders and invoices
• Pay vendors on time
• Keep vendor records organized
• Handle employee reimbursements
• Talk to vendors to fix payment issues
• Help with credit card and expense reports

Accounts Receivable (A/R)

• Check orders before sending invoices
• Create and send invoices
• Help with refunds or adjustments

Assisting in general accounting as well as office support duties
