Operations Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to oversee investment operations in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing various aspects of investment execution, settlement processes, and maintaining seamless coordination across teams and external stakeholders. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with high-level executives and contribute to strategic projects. Responsibilities: - Manage and support the sourcing and execution of investment transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Monitor and track existing investments and maintain a detailed record of the pipeline. - Coordinate with external back-office teams to ensure smooth settlement processes. - Establish and maintain precise and thorough communication with C-suite executives of public companies throughout the investment lifecycle. Requirements Ability to manage relationships with executives and external stakeholders effectively. - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in tracking and maintaining investment positions and pipelines. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in managing settlement processes and coordinating with back-office teams.
