If you have at least one year of experience and a knack for crafting the perfect cup of coffee, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista at Cedar Bean's Coffee Joint, you'll be the face of our cozy, community-focused coffee shop. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Engaging with customers to provide friendly, personalized service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the shop is always welcoming.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and experience to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista in an independent coffee shop.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to continuously improve your craft.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
