WFH Technical Project Manager

Location: 100% WFH

Direct hire, Full time position

International Voyager, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of cross-functional digital projects. This role requires a strong understanding of front-end technologies, design principles, and CRM systems to ensure smooth collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage technical and design-focused projects from planning through execution

Coordinate across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and timelines

Perform QA and oversee front-end implementation with a working knowledge of CSS

Collaborate on user experience improvements and A/B tests

Track progress using project management tools and report to stakeholders

Support CRM initiatives with campaign setup, data segmentation, and workflow mapping

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in technical or digital project management

Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and responsive web practices

Solid understanding of UX/UI design workflows and tools (e.g., Figma)

Experience with CRM (Hubspot preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in e-commerce or travel tech is a plus

Technical Requirements:

Stable wired broadband (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) Note: Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection

Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).

Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
