We are an Owner/Operator of Multiple Market Rate Apartment Communities seeking friendly Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager to join our team based in Stratford. This is a Full Time position which includes 1/2 days on Saturdays.

This position will focus all efforts on Leasing activities for multiple properties located Stratford, Haddonfield, Haddon Heights, Audubon, Bordentown and Bellmawr.

Responsibilities:

• Accompany prospects to apartments and discusses and terms of lease.
• Educate applicants about the benefits of our properties.

Qualifications:

• Desired 2 years experience as Leasing or Apartment Rental agent
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Good customer service, closing and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great Personality
• Awesome, hardworking "CAN DO" personality
• Reliable transportation is REQUIRED
