Sales Representative
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Introduction**
DX Virtual TV is a new live stream TV platform featuring business owners and professional service practitioners as host thought leaders appearing on various channels we broadcast. We are building a digital media sales/marketing team to identify and close prospective clients interested in leveraging our live stream TV platform to create, host and broadcast shows/programs/programs, commercials, talk shows, podcasts and other virtual events that reach and engage audiences locally, regionally or nationally.
Ideal candidates for our digital media sales/marketing positions must have either inside or outside sales experience. Outside representatives must be at least 24 years of age and live within a 15-45 mile radius of businesses located in the U.S. territory assigned. Inside representatives must have at least 2-years experience searching databases for leads, building CRM inputs, telemarketing and lead generation and appointment setting capabilities.
Leads will be generated from member directories of Black Chambers of Commerce organizations and Minority Contractor Association online lists featuring black-owned businesses and minority contractors listed within the respective entity’ member databases. We have identified eighty (80) U.S. based Black Chambers of Commerce/Minority Contractor Associations that will be the primary database source for client leads.
**The Project/Campaign**
DX Virtual TV is planning a major event to host hundreds of black-owned businesses and contractor organizations during our Road to America 250 live stream Virtual Business Fair. The event runs from July 4 - August 31, 2026 where we stream live from the target business client’ location, (home office, retail store, factory, etc.). This is an opportunity for those businesses that sign up for our event to promote and market their businesses, products and services leveraging our live stream TV platform broadcasting on Roku, Apple, Fire TV, Mobile Apps, and our DX Virtual TV website, accessing a national marketplace of audiences.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
The digital media sales/marketing team will consist of outside sales representatives and inside sales/marketing support. Inside reps must identify and qualify 40-50 prospects each week to help the outside team close a minimum of thirty (30%) percent of engaged prospects weekly. The digital media sales/marketing team has a weekly and monthly sales quota that must be met. The responsibilities of the right digital media sales/marketing representatives for this position requires the following:
* Face-to-face relationship building with prospective clients (Outside Rep)
* Learn and demonstrate our streaming TV technology solution to prospective clients (All)
* Keep weekly sales records, manage CRM inputs and workflows. (Inside Rep)
* Close average sale ranging from $500.00 to $750.00 monthly per client. (Outside Rep)
* Produce total sales revenue forecasted between $24,000 and $45,000.00 gross monthly.(All)
Outside representatives must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Have access to a computer/laptop and be proficient in using the Internet and oline applications. Candidates also need a relatively new version of smartphone (Apple or Android) no later than two generations old from the latest release. A background check is required.
Inside representatives must have access to a reliable computer and Internet access to search online databases. Must be knowledgeable of using CRMs particularly Hubspot and building spreadsheets to detail prospective client information. Candidates should be fluent in the English language and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The inside digital media sales/marketing rep must provide weekly funnel and sales reports via electronic reporting and setup online meetings between prospective clients and outside sales/marketing representatives or executive team member. .
